Alegria is the bar in question, and nestled in the paved square housing Ibiza town’s coolest shops, with the sun shining overhead day in and day out, it’s easy to see why so many people, tourists and locals alike, stop by.

With a small DJ booth nestled inside, the music and antics carry on here well into the night, with staff who seem to have even more fun than their patrons - though thankfully, it’s contagious. When the name of your bar translates to joy, it’s no surprise really.
