Sunset Cafe

Sunset Cafe is the clubbing clique’s bar of choice and it’s one of our favourites in PLaza Del Parque. A truly international scene, the crowd tends to be made up of French, Italian and Spanish locals.

Serving simple and delicious bocadillos and a great selection of fresh juices and herbal tea, it’s a great place to hang out if you’re in recovery mode. On the other hand, if you’re pepping up to hit the town, there are plenty of cocktails on the menu to tantalise your tastebuds. Sitting right on the corner of the square means it’s great for people watching (though where isn’t in Ibiza?) too.

A popular pre-club meeting point for locals who can’t be bothered dealing with the tourist trap pitfalls of the port, the atmosphere is fun and the music eclectic, to say the least - on any given day you could be presented with the latest in minimal techno followed by traditional flamenco or classical composers.

Oh, and don’t be fooled by the name - it is absolutely impossible to see the sun set from this bar’s vantage (or disadvantage!) point!

INSIDER’S TIP: Everyone knows everyone in this popular haunt, so it’s worth listening to the conversations around you to hear of any secret parties or music industry goss.
