A trip to ibiza without a trip to KM5 would be denying yourself an essential part of the Ibiza experience.

As you drive along the San Jose road during the day, apart from the dust-ridden signage, there’s really no indication that tucked behind the simple house-front is one of the most amazingly beautiful bars and restaurants Ibiza has on offer.

Once you’ve made your way through the front room, which doubles as an art gallery for local artists - you’ll pass through a store (which sells the most stunning fashions) and a small bar area (which later doubles as a dance floor as the evening goes on) before arriving at the tip of this open air extravaganza.

To your right, the famous KM5 restaurant awaits. Straight ahead, a maze of coloured tapestry tents, complete with chandeliers, comfortable lounges and colourful cushions, the ideal lounge bar experience.

And speaking of bars? The garden bar is built into none other than a ceramic killer whale!
