To be honest, there really aren’t many options for fast, cheap and good food in Ibiza – the takeaway culture just doesn’t seem to have taken off here. So we absolutely adore LocaRich, and amazingly simple concept that is the answer to our fast food prayers.

Serving up tasty traditional Mexican-style burritos and quesadillas (chicken, beef or vegetarian) to your liking, until the very wee hours of the morning, it’s a great pre or post-clubbing meal and paired with an icy cold cerveza we say you can’t beat it – and it’s not simply to take away either, the settings actually make you want to linger on the coloured couches outside or take up residence and while away the evening hours indoors.

Once you’ve stepped inside (just off the Calle De La Virgen entrance, opposite Noctambula), you’ll feel as though you’ve walked into a scene out of Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo & Juliet – the brightly painted walls are offset with eclectic coloured wooden furniture, huge fake plastic flowers, a cactus, religious artwork adorning the walls and the piece de resistance, a huge refrigerator covered in a giant Virgin Mary print – so kitsch and super cool.

WHAT TO ORDER: The beef quesadillas get our vote – and be sure to ask for an extra dash of salsa picante for that extra spicy kick.
