Bambuddha Grove
If there’s one restaurant that seems to be constantly mentioned in the press in relation to Ibiza, it has to be Bambuddha Grove. The famous ‘MediterrAsian’ cooking style has even been trademarked by owner John Moon – one of Ibiza’s real characters – and is rapidly being copied not just all over the island but all over the world.
The fact that Bambuddha Grove is situated on a sprawling lot of land on the road to San Juan makes it a real destination – you don’t just pop in here for a quick dinner, rather you make a complete night of it.
Starting with one of their signature cocktails while you wait for your table sets the mood, before moving between the many different rooms (and gawking at the amazing décor) and finally settling down to eat.
Not just content with simply feeding you, Bambuddha Grove is truly a delight for all your senses, from the island’s best DJs spinning tunes nightly to the three different shops (just in case you needed some retail therapy as a nightcap), there is something for everyone.
Last, but definitely not least, Bambuddha Grove are renowned for their parties – from amazing full-scale Halloween events where the entire island gets into the spirit and comes in costumes to OTT opening and closing parties (not strictly for the clubs you see), one trip here is never enough.
WHAT TO ORDER: In order to avoid food envy, we totally recommend all-you-can-eat buffet menu selection so you can try a little bit of everything.
